All my creations are made by hand, with love (including the designs of the 4 Harry Potter Houses that you will find on my bookmarks and key rings which were made with Procreate on the Ipad.)
All my packaging is recyclable, some are biodegradable , I use thicker cardboard envelopes to guarantee protection during shipping.

- Charms are made in Italy, and put together in France by myself

- The order preparation time is between 3 and 5 days in function of the number of orders I have to manage.
